LOCATION: The Rum Warehouse at Titanic Hotel Liverpool is located on Stanley Dock, 20 minutes from John Lennon Airport, less than 10 minutes from the city centre and Lime Street Station, which has excellent services connecting all the major UK cities.

PARKING: Titanic Hotel Liverpool car park is managed by Euro Car Parks and has 130 parking spaces available on site with an overflow car park adjacent to the hotel of 300 spaces on Walter Street. Parking charges are £12 per 24 hours (correct as at August 2026).

Full and day registration fees include VAT at the prevailing rate, access to sessions, complimentary refreshments and lunch on each day of attendance. Full registrations include Qty [1] ticket to the LUCID Conference Dinner on Monday 17 May 2027. Registration fees do not include accommodation.

Once the delegate/s details are registered, you can pay via credit card or generate an invoice to pay later. The payment term is 7 days.
Companies who work on a PO system:
Register the delegate/s via the registration link, and generate the invoice which you’ll receive via email.
Once your team has generated the PO# for the order, email your invoice and PO# to lucid@thecavalrycollective.com; the team will update the invoice to include the PO number as required.

INFORMAL SOCIAL EVENT - SUNDAY 16 May 2027

Following the success of similar events in York and Birmingham we will be reserving an area in a central Liverpool venue for those arriving on Sunday to meet with industry friends before the conference starts on Monday morning. More details will be shared with registered delegates as they become available.

Venue: Princes Suite, Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre
Join us for a fantastic 60's themed evening. Enjoy arrival drinks before sitting down to a delicious three-course meal, with plenty of opportunities to network and catch up with colleagues from across the industry.
Our evening entertainment will feature live sets from The Cavern Club Beatles, the Cavern Club’s resident Beatles tribute band who cover every era of Beatles music — from the raw Merseybeat days to the later studio masterpieces.
Dress Code - Embracing the 60's is encouraged but entirely optional!
Conference Dinner Tickets - Qty [1] ticket to the LUCID Conference Dinner is included in the Full registration fee.
Day registrations may purchase a ticket separately at a cost of £99 incl. VAT.
Guest tickets are also available for purchase at a cost of £99 incl. VAT.
What's included? Tickets for the Conference Dinner include welcome drink, 3-course set meal and half a bottle of wine per person. A cash bar will be available on the evening.
ACCOMMODATION
LUCID has secured an allocation of rooms at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre for the nights of Sunday 16 May and Monday 17 May 2027. There are a limited number of rooms bookable on a first-come-first-served basis up
to and including Friday 19 March or until
the block sells out, whichever is sooner.

The Crowne Plaza is the venue for the conference dinner on Monday 17 May and is located on the riverfront next to the Liver Building, 20-25 minute walk/5 minutes by car from the Rum Warehouse where the conference will be held.
You must be registered for the conference to gain access to the allocation. A booking link will be shared in your confirmation email.

LUCID 2027 NOMINATED CHARITY
LUCID has chosen to support Velindre Cancer Charity in 2027 following the diagnosis of a highly respected and much-loved colleague within our industry who is living with head and neck cancer. Demonstrating incredible strength and resilience, he is currently facing his third recurrence and continues to fight the disease with determination and courage. His journey has touched many people across the industry and highlighted the vital role that specialist cancer services, research and patient support play in helping individuals and families navigate an incredibly difficult experience.
