Full and day registration fees include VAT at the prevailing rate, access to sessions, complimentary refreshments and lunch on each day of attendance. Full registrations include Qty [1] ticket to the LUCID Masquerade on Monday 19 May 2025. Registration fees do not include accommodation.
Group and individual registrations can be made via the registration site.
Once the attendee/s details are registered you may pay via card or to generate an invoice to pay later. The payment term is 7 days.
Companies who work on a PO system, should register the attendee/s via the registration link, and generate the invoice which you’ll receive via email.
Once your team has generated the PO# for the order, please email your invoice and your PO# to lucid@thecavalrycollective.com; the team will update the invoice to include the PO number as required.

INFORMAL SOCIAL EVENT - SUNDAY 18 MAY
Venue: The Botanist Gas Street Basin, 12 Bridge St, Birmingham
For those who attended LUCID 2023, you’ll remember we reserved space at the Cosy Club for the evening before the conference. It was such a hit with early arrivals that we’ve decided to do the same for LUCID 2025. Join us in an exclusive space reserved for LUCID 2025 delegates at The Botanist Gas Street Basin, 12 Bridge St, Birmingham, B1 2JR, on Sunday 18 May, from 18:00 until close. While LUCID will not be providing drinks or food, there will be a cash bar offering refreshing drinks and signature cocktails, along with a set menu from which you can purchase food. We hope that many of you will take this opportunity to meet and socialise with other delegates before formal conference proceedings begin on Monday morning.
LUCID MASQUERADE - MONDAY 19 MAY
Venue: Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery, Council House, Birmingham
Join us in the breathtaking Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery for a delightful evening. Begin with arrival drinks amidst stunning surroundings before transitioning to the elegant Banqueting Suite at Council House. This year, we’re embracing a more relaxed atmosphere, moving away from a formal sit-down meal to an informal evening filled with delicious food, engaging networking opportunities, entertainment, and dancing. A cash bar will be available. Masks are optional but encouraged!
Dress Code: Please bring a mask.
Tickets - Qty [1] ticket to the LUCID Masquerade is included in the Full registration fee.
Day registrations may purchase a ticket separately at a cost of £95 incl. VAT.
Tickets for the LUCID Masquerade are currently capped at Qty [1] per attendee. To purchase an additional guest ticket, please indicate during the registration process and select to be added to the waiting list.

CHARITY
The LUCID Committee has unanimously chosen the Multiple Sclerosis Society as the LUCID 2025 Charity in support of our 2023 Chair, Jackie Kerwood, who was recently diagnosed with the disease. CLICK HERE to find out more about the charity and its STOP MS Appeal aiming to raise 100 million by 2025.
