We are very excited to share our final programme for LUCID 2025 in Birmingham.  Our chosen topics are thoughtfully curated to align with cutting edge insights and hot medical topics ensuring the industry’s continued relevance in an ever-changing environment. 

We have also chosen to name two lectures after people, who have had a long affiliation to LUCID. The first lecture is named after Dr Kevin Somerville. Many of you might be aware that LUCID grew from Kevin’s idea, he was instrumental to the success of the early LUCID and has continued to offer guidance and support – We hope you agree that this is a fitting honour for LUCID’s founder. 

The second lecture will be named after Calvin Cole. It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since Calvin left us. Calvin was always a strong and passionate believer in educating and mentoring the next generation of Underwriting & Claims professionals and he was heavily involved in LUCID.  We would therefore like to honour his memory and name one of the lectures, the Calvin Cole Lecture.
