REGISTRATION & GENERAL Information
We’re taking LUCID 2023 to York Racecourse 6 – 7 June 2023. Please note this is a change to the original advertised dates of 8 - 9 May which conflicted with new Bank Holiday introduced to mark the coronation of His Majesty King Charles III.
Located on the Knavesmire, in the heart of York since 1731, the racecourse offers a unique event environment within its award-winning modern grandstands and characterful listed buildings.

Payment of registration fees is by credit card or invoice. Please select your preferred method at the end of the registration process.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Registration fees include VAT at the prevailing rate, complimentary refreshments, lunch and conference materials. Full registrations include 1 ticket to the conference dinner on Tuesday 6 June 2023.
Stand-alone conference dinner tickets can be purchased by day delegates or full delegates who wish to bring a guest at a cost of £85 per person.
Group registration is available via the booking site. You will need to create a registration for each participant. If names of all participants are unknown at time of registering, name substitutions can be made up to Friday 1 June.
Registration fees do not include accommodation.

LUCID 2023 Nominated Charity
For our 2023 conference, LUCID is proud to support Farleigh Hospice as its chosen charity. Farleigh provided outstanding care and support to our dear friend and colleague Calvin Cole and his family. The main fundraising drive will take place at the Conference Dinner when we’ll be joined by a representative from the hospice but you can find out more about their work, the specific project we’ll be supporting and donate in advance by visiting https://www.justgiving.com/page/lucid2023/
